What started as two guys squaring off at a party over Homecoming weekend at South Dakota State University escalated quickly.

The fight began after police broke up a large party near the SDSU during Homecoming, over the weekend of October 21, 2016
That day is referred to as ‘Hobo Day’ and is known for its large parties.
The owner of the house was attempting to clear out her guests, when a young woman, who can be seen at the end of the video straddling one of the men who was knocked out, according to Pickner, started yelling at the house owner and calling her names
‘[The yelling woman’s] boyfriend was with her and got into an argument with the house owner’s friend and they agreed to fight,’ Pickner told Daily Mail.
The puncher stood across from the first man in the yard, as a crowd watched.
It looked like the others were encouraging whatever was about to happen, as the first man approached the puncher.
The man in grey never got a hit in.
Before he could do anything, the puncher struck him in the head, and he immediately fell to the ground, unconscious
Another man in a darker grey top and a hat had been watching the first events unfold and shoved the puncher.
As the puncher stumbled a bit off step, another man in a black tee shirt, who was the first man’s friend, according to Pickner, ran into view from the other side of the yard.
He grappled the puncher at first, and then the puncher started to run away
But the second man in black gave chase and lunged at the puncher again.
The puncher knocked him off with a shove, as the man in black tripped and fell to the ground.
But the second man got up again, and lunged at the puncher again.
This time, the puncher got his second hit of the day in

The man in black fell to the ground, with his head landed on a slab of cement.
A loud ‘smack’ could be heard as his head bounced once off the cement, before his body came to rest on the ground
It’s difficult to tell from the camera angle whether it was the puncher’s fist, or the cement landing, that knocked the second man out.
Women could then be heard screaming from the gathering of people, as the person taking the video got up close to the second unconscious man’s face
Two other men taunted the second man to be knocked out, with one standing over top of him and waiving his arms at the still body, mimicking a countdown knockout, like referees are seen during professional fights.
Another man filmed the second man’s body, as it lay still on the ground
The taunting seemed to stop when the man who shoved the puncher after the first knockout came into view and said, ‘Get the f*** away,’ seemingly at the puncher.
‘I told you to f***ing leave,’ he said
The camera then switched back to the first man, where we see the woman who Pickner said started the fight straddled over his body and gripping his face, yelling, ‘Wake up! Wake up!’
None of the people in the video have been identified.
Pickner said that all three of the men involved in the fight have recovered from their injuries
