Two New Orleans police officers struggled to restrain a man inside a gas station as he allegedly tried to escape. The officers held him down while waiting for backup, and one officer reportedly broke his leg during the struggle.
The man repeatedly said he couldn’t breathe and told officers he had asthma. Backup eventually arrived and helped take him into custody.
