Details:<\/strong> In a statement, the IRGC also warned that \u201cthe land and sea will increasingly become the graveyard of the terrorist aggressors\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Update:<\/strong> US Central Command has denied that the IRGC struck USS Abraham Lincoln in the Persian Gulf, stating in a post on X that the IRGC\u2019s claim was a lie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lincoln continues to launch aircraft in support of CENTCOM\u2019s relentless campaign to defend the American people by eliminating threats from the Iranian regime\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is one of 10 US nuclear-powered carriers known as the Nimitz class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The US Navy says Nimitz-class carriers span 333 metres and can carry about 100,000 tonnes of equipment, including 65 aircraft and multiple missile mounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
